Application Development and Support Services– Developing and supporting specific applications to meet client business needs, or adapting available Open Source applications. Applications that provide functionality specific to an organisation’s need often cannot be purchased commercially and may require a level of on-going development. Where appropriate, Loftus IT assists clients to commercialise their application, with benefits flowing to both the client and Loftus IT.
Consulting and Help Desk Services. - Assisting organisations to define and assess ICT options for their business needs. It may be to design and implement a new system, give professional ICT advice for a particular project, supplement existing staff projects with additional skilled resources or assist with a long term ICT strategic plan.

Loftus HMS is a proven provider of Customer Service, Work Management and Asset Management solutions, used primarily by local government organisations.
In 1986 Huefner Management Systems introduced its first generation Asset Management System which became known as HMS. In November 2007 HMS was acquired by Loftus IT and the product suite became known as Loftus HMS.
Loftus IT understands that true asset management often involves multiple stakeholders and, by nature, has significant impact on intra-organisation departments including: customer service; asset services; maintenance teams and finance.
Loftus HMS provides enterprise-wide business solutions that encapsulate the processes that involve asset infrastructure.
