Netlink Group Service Desk goes beyond the traditional help desk offering, with our systems enabling us to analyse service requests, assess underlying causes and empowering our qualified engineers to recommend pro-active, strategic solutions so that future problems may be avoided. Netlink Group advises our clients to utilise 'disk snap shot technologies' and a reliable and secure on-line back-up to provide a more reliable and recoverable data back-up solution. Both of these solutions are now available to our clients as a Managed Back-up Service. Below are a few reasons why you should consider our Managed On-Line Back-up Service: - Fixed Monthly Fees based on data size (charged through our Managed Service Contract)
- Data securely stored in a Perth Enterprise grade Data Centre (not in an Eastern States or Overseas facility)
- On-line Back-ups are completely managed by Netlink

- Data can easily be recovered from our local storage facility as needed
- Perform initial backup to USB hard drive to ship to the datacenter to save Internet bandwidth (Recommended for data over 5GB)
