Geekworks Service
Geekworks is an Apple Authorised Service Provider, our Service Department typically has a next day on our workbench policy for most jobs. Our average fix time for Apple warranty repairs is three to four business days.
While there is no charge for items covered by Apple Warranty, please be aware that Service Jobs are tended to on a first come first serve basis. Priority repairs are available by request and may incur additional fees.

Data Transfers and backups on warranty repairs may be charged
Apple Warranty and AppleCare does not cover software or OS installations
Please Note: If you need peripherals from your Mac replaced under warranty, such as a mouse, keyboard, power adapter or battery, please bring along the computer, with the peripheral. We need to sight the computer that the warranty work will be done under and in some cases test the computer itself to ensure it is not the basis of the issue.
