Printer Support Services
To complement the OfficeMax® printer range, we have a dedicated Printer Support Desk that offers a range of services including warrantable and non-warrantable printer related services, installation and decommissioning.

• Printer installation for stand alone laser or ink printers, copiers or multifunction printers. OfficeMax® engineers are fully certified and experienced in loading, handling and configuring devices to suit most office environments.
• Decommissioning of old printers including redeployment, removal and recycling.
• Printer repairs and maintenance by Certified Technicians. Our response time is four hours to next business day on most leading brands. Included in our printer maintenance work is the diagnosis of any potential wear and tear issues that have the potential to disrupt work flow. OfficeMax® can proactively monitor your site for any printing problems and arrange service on your behalf. Regular maintenance of your printing devices will reduce paper jams, improve print quality and limit costly breakdowns and repairs.
• Provision of Extended Warranties on new and existing printers. Printers that are already outside of their standard warranty period can in many cases also be accommodated with an extended or tailor-made warranty to suit your business.
