Payroll Management – EXO Payroll  is a powerful and easy to use payroll solution desined to provide th flexibility required in the Australian payroll environment.The system includes an easy to use ‘Payroll Cycle’ and ‘Payroll Set Up Cycle’ to assist with payroll processing and configuration of the system. Multi User access for use over Local and Wide area networks will cater for growing organisations. 
 
HR Information – The Employee Information modules provides an Integrated HR and Payroll database to record and manage inductions, skills, training, duties, performance reviews, dscipline records, and exit interviews. Create position descriptons and a employee' lifecycle through the organisation. Preconfigured reports and a report writer are available in conjunction with on-line seach functions.
